The standard

Who qualifies

  1. Active license. An active Colorado (or home-state) real estate license, checked on the state lookup.
  2. Good standing. No public disciplinary action on the license. (A filed complaint is not discipline.)
  3. Highly rated. A Google rating of 4.5 or higher with at least 10 reviews, linked to the source.
  4. Facts match. Name, brokerage, phone and website match across the web.
  5. A leadership marker. A production, years-licensed, designation, team-leader or community-role fact we can verify.
  6. Re-checked monthly. Members who fall below the standard are removed.

Is the first year really free?

Yes, for the first 100 agents who pass the Trust Verified checks. After year one, your Pad Page renews at your market's yearly price, locked at the founding rate for 12 months.

Do I have to leave a review?

No. A review is never required, and the free year never depends on one. We'd love an honest Google review if you want to give one.

Why does the badge link use rel=sponsored?

Because you get a free service in exchange for showing the badge. Search engines ask for links like that to be marked sponsored or nofollow. Your embed code already does it.

What goes in the launch post?

One post about your Pad Page that includes #ad or the line "I got my Pad Page free as a founding member", as the FTC requires for endorsements.
