Who we are

PadLeaders^™ is a marketing and technology service for real estate agents, operated by Kenna Group Enterprises. PadLeaders is not a real estate brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers, negotiate transactions, hold money, or provide brokerage services of any kind.

By using this website, a Pad Page^™, Ask the Frog, or any kit, prompt, skill, report or service we sell, you agree to this Disclaimer and to our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy is a separate page.

No control over AI assistants, search engines or platforms

We do not own, operate or control ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google Search, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Bing, Copilot, Perplexity, Google Business Profile, Zillow, Realtor.com, social networks or any other third-party platform.

These platforms decide on their own what they show, say, summarize, recommend or rank, and they change their systems without notice. We are not responsible for what any of them displays or says about you, your competitors, your market or your listings, and we cannot correct it for you.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee search rankings, AI mentions or recommendations, website traffic, calls, leads, appointments, listings, sales, closings, commissions or income. Results vary by agent, market, competition, effort, timing and factors outside anyone's control.

Any example, case, number or statement about our own group's results describes our own experience on the dates shown. It is not a promise or a prediction of your results. Our products can help you get found; they cannot make anyone choose you.

AI-generated content

Ask the Frog, our prompt packs, Claude skills, report kits and other tools use artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or biased, and it can sound confident when it is wrong.

You must read, check and edit every AI-generated answer, script, description, report or post before you rely on it or publish it, including for accuracy, fair housing, advertising rules and your MLS rules. You are responsible for what you publish or send.

Kits, prompts, skills and templates are provided "as is"

Downloads (prompt packs, Claude skills, report kits, WordPress themes, widgets and templates) are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Software and third-party tools change. A kit that works today can stop working when a platform changes. Support is limited to the guides included and email help for setup issues within 2 business days.

Your compliance is your responsibility

You are responsible for your own real estate license, your brokerage's policies and supervision, advertising rules (in Colorado, including Commission Rule 6.10 on brokerage names with team names), fair housing laws, MLS and IDX rules, RESPA and anti-kickback rules, lending advertising rules (Regulation Z, NMLS identifiers, Equal Housing Lender), privacy, telemarketing and texting laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier rules), and copyright in the photos and content you use.

Not legal, tax, financial, lending or appraisal advice

Content on this site, in our Answers, guides, reports, kits, chat and emails is general information for real estate professionals. It is not legal, tax, accounting, lending, investment, financial or appraisal advice. Talk to a licensed attorney, CPA, lender or appraiser about your situation.

Estimates are not appraisals

Any home value range, estimate, net sheet, payment figure or market statistic is an estimate for discussion only. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of value. Payment examples use illustrative rates and terms; ask a licensed lender for current rates, APR and terms.

Market data and third-party information

We use data from public and third-party sources, named with the date where shown. We do not guarantee that any third-party data is accurate, complete or current. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. This site shows no MLS listing data at launch; listing searches link to the member's own site.

What "Verified" and "Pad Leader" mean

"Verified" means that the specific facts marked as verified (for example license, brokerage, reviews, sales) matched the public sources we checked on the check date. It is not an endorsement, recommendation, rating or guarantee of any agent's skill, conduct or results, and facts can change after the check date.

"Pad Leader" means the member met the published PadLeaders criteria for that market on the check date. It is not a ranking and never a claim that anyone is the "best" or "number one". Paid placements are labeled Sponsored and carry rel="sponsored" links.

Member pages are member-controlled

Each Pad Page^™ presents an independent licensee. The member supplies and approves their bio, photos, credentials, links and claims, and is responsible for them. PadLeaders is not responsible for a member's statements, services, advice or conduct. Report a problem with a member page to homes@kennarealestate.com.

Third-party links and services

We link to outside websites and services (Amazon, Google, lenders, member websites, scheduling tools, payment processors). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability or products. A link is not an endorsement.

Fair housing

We support the Fair Housing Act and equal housing opportunity. We do not describe neighborhoods by schools, crime or demographics, and we do not accept content or advertising that discriminates.

PadLeaders is not affiliated with or endorsed by Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Rate or any other brokerage or company unless stated.

PadLeaders^™, Pad Page^™, Pad Page Chat^™ and the frog mark are trademarks of Kenna Group Enterprises (unregistered). Other names and logos belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenna Group Enterprises, its owners, sponsor, members, contractors and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, commissions, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from or related to this site, any Pad Page, any AI output, any kit or service, or any third-party platform, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim of any kind is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kenna Group Enterprises and its owners, sponsor, contractors and suppliers from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your content, your use of our products, your advertising, your violation of law or these terms, or your dealings with clients and third parties.

Governing law and disputes

Colorado law governs this Disclaimer and the Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to email us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days. Any claim not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado, unless the law requires otherwise. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class, to the extent the law allows.

Severability and changes

If any part of this Disclaimer is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We update this page when our products or the law change and show the new effective date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
