Terms of Service

Agreement
By using PadLeaders or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can bind it.
Memberships
A Pad Page™ membership covers your one-page site and directory spot for the paid term. The Pad Leader spot is granted on the published criteria and can be removed if a member stops meeting them. You must keep your license active and your facts accurate.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, bios and content you send us and give us a license to use them to build and show your pages. You confirm you have the rights to what you send (for example, listing photos).
Payments, renewals and refunds
Prices are shown on each product. Yearly memberships renew yearly; monthly plans renew monthly; you can cancel any time before the next renewal. Retainers (Get Found Lite and Pro) carry a 30-day refund window on the first month. One-time done-for-you work is refundable until we start it. Sales tax is added where required.
Acceptable use
Do not post false, misleading or discriminatory content, scrape the site, or use our tools to send messages without consent.
No guarantees; AI and platforms
We do not control ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, search engines or other platforms, and we do not guarantee rankings, AI mentions, traffic, leads, sales or income. AI output must be reviewed before use. See the Disclaimer.
Downloads as is
Kits, prompts, skills, themes and templates are provided as is, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. Support is the included guides plus email help for setup issues within 2 business days.
Your compliance
You are responsible for your license, brokerage policies, advertising, fair housing, MLS, RESPA, lending advertising, privacy and texting compliance.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
No indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, your use of our products or your violation of law.
Membership standards and removal
Membership can be suspended or cancelled if a member's Google rating drops below 4.5 stars or under 10 Google reviews, if public disciplinary action appears on the license, if the license lapses, if listing or contact information stops matching, or if PadLeaders receives credible consumer complaints that we review. We review complaints before acting and give the member notice and a chance to respond. Refunds follow these terms.
Disputes
Email us first and try to resolve any dispute in good faith for 30 days. Colorado law; courts in Arapahoe County, Colorado; individual claims only, to the extent the law allows. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Governing law
Colorado law governs these terms. Venue is Arapahoe County, Colorado.
