Active license in good standing

Verified on the state license lookup; no recent discipline.

Verified production

12+ closed sides in the last 24 months, or $5,000,000+ in volume, from the MLS or your own record.

Review strength

4.5+ star average with 15+ public reviews, linked to the source (yours or your group's).

Professional web presence

Your own site, an IDX site (AgentLoft, Sierra, Real Geeks or similar) or your Pad Page™.

Signed code of conduct

Accurate advertising, fair housing in every ad, the brokerage name with every team name, and a reply to every lead within 1 business day.

Complete profile

Photo, bio, areas served, license number, brokerage, phone that you answer.

Fast track

Agents already on a partner website platform (for example AgentLoft) or referred by a current Pad Leader get an expedited review. The criteria stay the same.
