Privacy Policy

What we collect

Information you type into forms (name, phone, email, city, website, property address, square feet, messages), questions you ask Ask the Frog, details you send for audits, and basic technical data (pages visited, browser, IP address) through server logs and, if enabled, analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

To answer your request, deliver what you ordered, run the free checks you ask for, send the emails you sign up for, and improve the site.

How forms route

Forms on a member's Pad Page^™ go to that member (and, for members of The Kenna Group at Keller Williams DTC, into the group's Follow Up Boss account) so they can reply. Forms on the rest of the site go to PadLeaders at our contact form and our CRM.

Sharing

We share your information with the member agent you contacted, and with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email, CRM, payment processing), under confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls, texts and email (consent)

By submitting a form, you agree that we, or the member agent you contacted, may call, text (including by automated means) and email you at the number and address you gave about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and, if enabled, analytics to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser. The site stores your Request Board votes in your own browser only.

Retention and security

We keep lead and customer records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal duties, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your privacy rights

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act to access, correct, delete and get a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale and profiling. Residents of other states with similar laws have similar rights. To make a request, email our contact form (we reply within 2 business days) with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within 45 days.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change and show the new effective date at the top.
