Sphere mode

The sphere rhythm (our playbook, inspired by referral-based coaches)

Your past clients and friends are your steadiest source of business. Keep a rhythm, give value, and ask plainly.

  1. Keep one list of everyone who knows you by name: past clients, friends, family, partners.
  2. Sort it: A = will refer you, B = could refer you, C = everyone else.
  3. Call your A and B people every quarter. Ask about them first.
  4. Send a short handwritten note every month to a few people. No pitch.
  5. Send one useful item each month: a home value update, a local market note, a home-care checklist.
  6. Ask for referrals by name, plainly: "Who do you know who's talked about moving?"
  7. Thank every referral within a day, whatever happens.
  8. Track every touch in your CRM so nobody goes 90 days without hearing from you.
Questions

Role-play Coach questions

Does the coach give hints during the call?

No. You run the call. Say or type end, then you get a score out of 50, the one fix that matters most, and a line to say next time.

Can I use it in the car?

Yes, with hands-free voice only. Turn on Hands-free and talk. Do not type or look at the screen while driving. Pull over to read your score.

What is Prep me?

Tell the coach where you are headed in plain words. It gives you a 60-second game plan (opening, 3 questions, the likely objection and an answer, the close), then offers to play the client.

Which phones work?

Voice works in browsers that support the Web Speech API (Chrome on Android and most desktop browsers; Safari support varies). If voice is not available, you can type.

Does it cost anything?

Visitors get 1 free role-play. Members get unlimited role-plays; membership is $99 a year and comes with every Pad Page™.

Is it fair housing safe?

Yes. The coach never talks about who lives in an area, schools as a measure of quality, safety or crime.
